Summary
Lead daily store operations for the St Louis Outlet location, managing team performance, merchandise presentation, and sales results. Responsible for loss prevention compliance, HR activities, visual merchandising standards, and delivering inclusive client experiences that drive commercial success. Report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with corporate teams to meet store objectives. Maintain operational excellence and uphold company policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to identify performance and sales opportunities
- Ensure store visual standards in partnership with visual merchandising team
- Develop, train, and coach associates to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes for all associates
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee merchandise processing and shipments
- Manage store day to day operations to meet KPIs and profit and loss expectations
- Schedule staff effectively to drive sales and manage payroll submission
- Comply with loss prevention audits, cycle counts, and incident reporting
Requirements
- 8+ years retail experience
- Minimum of 3+ years managing others in a customer service environment
- Proven ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze KPI and selling reports
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for the brand and customer experience
