Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales, monitor retail KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Set team objectives, review performance, coach employees, and support hiring and team development.
• Ensure exceptional client service and maintain brand standards for grooming, conduct, and visual merchandising.
• Lead client development, including outreach, appointments, client data collection, and events.
• Stay informed about the watch industry and local competitive environment, and build relationships with local influencers.
