Lead the store as Brand Leader responsible for achieving business objectives, driving sales through strategic planning and KPI management, delivering exceptional client service, and managing daily store operations and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and productivity by managing key KPIs such as sales, UPT, conversion, and inventory.
- Execute company initiatives, policies, merchandising standards and floor change overs to ensure flawless in-store presentation.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engage top clients, and support product launches and local events to build clientele.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store staff, manage performance and create individual development plans.
- Oversee daily operations including schedule and payroll management, cash handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving.
- Manage store expenses and operating budget to optimize costs.
- Oversee after sales operations and consignment program to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct business analysis, partner with Regional Director on action plans, and communicate stock needs to maximize sell-through.
- Maintain product knowledge training and collaborate with cross-functional partners for product support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales generation, clientele building and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication skills and business acumen with ability to analyze data and take action.
- Flexible to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and able to stand and walk for majority of a 40-hour week.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems.
- Results-driven, customer-focused and strong attention to detail.
