As a Store Manager at The Domain Northside, you will lead the store to success by developing a team that consistently delivers the Luxury Retail Signature Experience. • Ensure delivery of the Luxury Retail Signature Experience.
• Direct and monitor all sales and operational activities to meet income and sales objectives.

• Create and maintain bench strength with a clearly defined succession plan.
• Develop associates by providing clear, motivating, and constructive performance feedback.
• Accurately staff the store to deliver gracious customer service and meet sales goals.

• Communicate product feedback and business trends to the Brand Team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Sales experience and strong financial acumen.
