Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of store operations at the Maison in The Galleria, owning business performance, team development, visual merchandising, and client experience to drive sales and profitability. Serve as brand ambassador, build client relationships, and implement strategies in partnership with corporate teams to meet targets and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive and increase sales performance and develop sales strategy with corporate partners.
- Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance and client acquisition.
- Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business and cultivate VIP clientele.
- Manage inventory, merchandising standards, stock assortment, and ensure cycle counts and shrink requirements.
- Oversee daily store operations, administrative tasks, scheduling, and P&L responsibility.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, conduct performance monitoring and succession planning.
- Recruit and attract talent through networking and scouting.
- Collaborate with Retail Events and merchandising teams to execute local initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
- RTW experience preferred and foreign language skills a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
