Summary
Store Manager responsible for driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence at the Valley Fair concession. Lead and develop retail associates, manage recruiting and training, and execute company standards to meet sales targets and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals
- Support overall store operations including opening closing and back office procedures
- Mentor coach and develop retail associates to improve competencies and sales
- Manage recruiting maintain a pool of potential candidates and facilitate new hire inductions
- Monitor and ensure quality of client book data and propose action plans with sales staff
- Facilitate staff trainings and ensure proper follow up steps are taken
- Deliver exceptional service upholding brand service values and manage customer relationships
- Comply with and enforce company standards procedures and brand policies
- Maintain an environment of fairness dignity and respect for all associates
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational awareness flexibility and adaptability
- Solid knowledge of products and brand philosophy
- Experience with recruiting training and staff development
