Responsibilities
- Manage the selling environment and ensure adherence to floor assignments and impeccable customer service.
- Maximize staff sales performance through product education, coaching and reviewing transaction metrics.
- Assist sales professionals in achieving individual goals by monitoring suggestive selling and providing feedback.
- Enforce policies, procedures and operational directives consistently across the team.
- Develop and execute plans for thank you note compliance and telephone and email outreach goals.
- Supervise communication content and outreach activities.
- Lead by example to maintain a respectful and high standard selling environment.
- Role model company values and promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years selling and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven professional sales development and coaching skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to engage all levels of staff and clientele.
- Ability to monitor and analyze sales metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Organizational skills to enforce policies and manage daily store operations.
- College degree preferred.
