Job Description

Summary

Provide exemplary customer service while supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office, repairs, and administrative operational duties to maintain efficient store function and product care.

Responsibilities

  • Support inventory preparation and execution and process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
  • Assess and suggest improvements to store processes and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Maintain and replenish office facility supplies and grooming products for associates
  • Coordinate engraving and embossing services and manage alteration documentation
  • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and correct invoice approvals
  • Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures to reduce shrink
  • Read and execute transfer, shipping, inventory count, UPS and sales documents accurately
  • Control supply requests as directed by General and Department Managers
  • Operate register and perform physical tasks including lifting and using ladders as trained

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for maintaining an elevated brand image and product respect
  • Strong time management, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant retail work experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and systems such as Word Excel PowerPoint Workday and Outlook preferred
  • Ability to maneuver sales floor stock and office areas and perform physical tasks up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and follow safety guidelines
  • Willingness to support all departments and perform varied operational duties
