The Store Operations Manager leads operational functions for the Bal Harbour boutique, including inventory, stockroom operations, logistics, compliance, and back-of-house processes. Responsibilities

• Manage retail operations policies, procedures, and team training.
• Oversee stock organization, product flows, omnichannel activities, inventory counts, and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Maintain product care and support returns, repairs, and other after-sales processes.
• Audit POS and back-office activities, monitor operating costs, and support budget alignment.
• Coordinate security, cleaning, maintenance, and loss-prevention activities.
• Train, motivate, and develop the operations team and support hiring and onboarding.

Requirements
