Summary
Seeking a Store Sales Leader to drive sales, lead the coaching team and deliver exceptional client experiences at a luxury menswear store. This full-time permanent role reports to the Store Leader and focuses on sales performance, operational excellence and team development.
Responsibilities
- Drive top line sales and ensure KPIs are achieved and exceeded
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention
- Manage store expenses and assist with scheduling to maximize productivity
- Champion digital sales tools and meet digital sales goals
- Oversee events, trunk shows and promotions with buying and marketing partners
- Maintain health safety and loss prevention protocols
- Recruit, hire and retain coaching team and sellers
- Provide on the floor coaching, deliver training sessions and run performance assessments
- Develop vendor relationships and manage store planning calendars
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years retail experience with senior leadership responsibility
- Proven track record improving sales related KPIs through team strategies
- Experience coaching, educating and developing sales teams
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans
- Ability to drive customer loyalty and elevate in store and online customer experience
- Experience across menswear categories including sportswear footwear accessories and tailored clothing
- Demonstrated ability to create performance improvement plans with measurable results
