Store Selling Supervisor

Summary

The Store Selling Supervisor supports the store leadership team in achieving sales and business objectives. This role coaches and develops the sales team, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and supports store operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members, monitor sales targets and performance metrics, and support training and development.
• Sell, implement clienteling strategies, and lead by example in delivering customer service.
• Execute sales events, communicate performance insights, and support merchandising and inventory control.
• Supervise cash transactions, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical duties, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
