Job Description

Summary

The Store Supervisor oversees store operations and the flow of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor, ensuring items are inspected, tagged, and merchandised to brand standards. The role supports and coaches the sales and operations teams, drives stockroom organization and replenishment, and leads projects to improve operational efficiency. The Supervisor helps maintain compliance, visual standards, and a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, inspect, tag, and process incoming shipments and price updates.
  • Execute replenishment activities, manage ISOS reports, and return merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, lead reorganization and reset initiatives, and apply EAS/RFID as required.
  • Support sales associates by conducting stock checks and delivering requested merchandise promptly.
  • Lead operational training, provide coaching and feedback, and support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Manager to implement seasonal visual changes and maintain merchandising standards.
  • Drive process improvement projects and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Solid knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, and work around cleaning chemicals.
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
