Summary

Support a consistent, memorable customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and assisting sales teams and store partners. Help maintain welcoming, clean, and organized front- and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guide them to the appropriate departments, and respond to service needs.
• Locate products and support transfers, customer deliveries, and new product receipt.
• Prepare the store for opening and closing, replenish merchandise and supplies, and maintain sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Assist with sales transactions, phone calls, and guest kitchen service as needed.
• Provide flexible support across store departments and uphold product knowledge and professional service standards.

Requirements

• One to two years of related customer experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Attention to detail and enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
