Store Support And Operations

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports daily retail store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment. The role also assists customers and sales associates, helps maintain store standards, and adapts to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the store team and support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
