Store Support And Operations

Summary

The Operations Support Associate ensures smooth day-to-day store operations by receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise and maintaining stockroom organization. This primarily non-selling role supports the sales floor, participates in visual presentation, and may be offered full-time or part-time depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and complete receiving activities, including inspecting deliveries and verifying packaging.
• Execute RFID inventory scans, reticketing, tagging, and ISOS replenishment to maintain accurate floor and stock levels.
• Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers and perform stock room resets.
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional sales transactions and returns processing.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Keep stockroom and sales floor organized and compliant with company operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar high-volume retail experience preferred.
• Effective verbal communication and ability to collaborate with store team members.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs., maneuver around sales floor and stock areas, and work with cleaning chemicals as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize operational tasks while supporting a positive customer experience.
