Summary
Provide exemplary customer service by supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative tasks. Ensure operational efficiency through coordination of vendor services, inventory preparation, and supply management while upholding company standards and product care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and associate grooming products.
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals.
- Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations per company regulations.
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing vendor services.
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory and vendor documents.
- Execute cash office processes and maintain POS audit compliance.
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management.
- Assist with inventory preparation and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales roles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the brand and desire for career growth.
- Ability to stand walk and work shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs.
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking functions.
