Summary
Provide exemplary customer service while supporting all store operations functions including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. Maintain supplies and coordinate vendor services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates.
- Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly.
- Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations per company regulations.
- Coordinate accessories repair services with external vendors.
- Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
- Support inventory preparation and execution.
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
- Execute Cash Office processes and maintain POS audit compliance.
- Replenish supplies as requested by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail operations experience in support customer service or sales capacity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs and pack unpack and move stock during receiving and stocking functions.
