• Keep the department runway ready by straightening up, lightly cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and Nordstrom Rewards program.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests from customers in a fast-paced environment.
