Summary
Provide operational and visual merchandising support for the shop in shop, maintaining organization of backstock and sales floor while ensuring product availability and store standards are met. This role supports replenishment, fixture maintenance and general store tasks to create an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and visual standards of the shop
- Keep shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks and nesting tables full and neat
- Clean and maintain fixtures and selling floor
- Monitor backstock and communicate low styles or sizes to Skimbassador
- Run replenishment stock lists for inventory needs and escalate monthly using provided template
- Ensure product is constantly filled throughout the day
- Assist with special event setup, markdowns and relocating store fixtures
- Organize backroom and support department operational needs
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
