Store Support - La Jolla University Town Center

The ideal SKIMS store support is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. As a Store Support at La Jolla University Town Center, you will maintain the highest level of organization of back stock and visual standards in the SKIMS shop.

• Maintain organization of back stock and visual standards of the SKIMS shop.
• Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables are full and neat at all times.
• Monitor backstock to keep key items filled and communicate with Skimbassador if styles or sizes are running low.
• Run a replenishment stock list for inventory needs and escalate needs monthly using provided template.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the department, including setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Success working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use a variety of technology and new computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
