Summary
Provide operational and visual merchandising support for the shop in shop to ensure product availability and an organized selling environment. Maintain backstock organization, visual standards, and assist with replenishment and store tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain highest level of organization of backstock and visual standard of the shop in shop
- Ensure shapewear boxes panty consoles racks and nesting tables are full and neat
- Clean and maintain fixtures and selling floor presentation
- Monitor backstock and communicate low styles or sizes to store contacts
- Run replenishment stock lists and escalate inventory needs monthly
- Ensure product is constantly filled throughout the day
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general support such as event setup markdowns and relocating fixtures
Requirements
- High level of ownership accountability and initiative
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Prior retail or store support experience preferred
