Summary

Provide customer service at checkout and over the phone by assisting with sales, returns, and other transactions. Support a welcoming, efficient shopping experience and help keep the department and sales floor ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and respond to their needs.
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor organized, clean, and restocked.
• Share product and fashion trend knowledge, and inform customers about events, gift cards, and rewards.
• Support order fulfillment, order pickup, and other store areas as needed.

Requirements

• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Use computers and learn new applications; work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Remain mobile for extended shifts and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
