Store Support - Shoes

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale by assisting customers with purchases, returns and other transactions while supporting the shoes department and maintaining a polished sales floor. Support order fulfillment and pickup and stay informed on product trends to help customers make purchase decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales and returns
• Deliver friendly engaging customer service and build customer relationships
• Maintain a runway ready department by straightening cleaning and restocking the sales floor and cash wrap
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up tasks as needed
• Inform customers about events gift cards and the rewards program
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
• Use store computer systems to process transactions and look up information
