Summary
The Store Support assists with maintaining visual standards, organizing back stock and supporting daily shop operations to ensure product availability and a high level of customer experience. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization of back stock and uphold visual standards of the shop
- Keep shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks and nesting tables full and neat
- Clean and maintain fixtures and ensure selling floors are organized
- Monitor backstock and communicate low styles or sizes to store ambassadors
- Run replenishment stock lists and escalate inventory needs monthly using provided template
- Constantly refill product throughout the day to maintain availability
- Support department tasks such as special event setup, markdowns and relocating fixtures
Requirements
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use various technologies and computer applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for manipulation and ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
