Summary

The Store Support Specialist based on Madison Avenue provides in-store sales support and clienteling to elevate the shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and deliver exceptional hospitality to clients in line with brand standards.
• Support sales advisors with client outreach via email, phone, handwritten notes, and clienteling tools.
• Record and update client information in the CRM to support future sales opportunities.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to increase client engagement and awareness.
• Assist with store displays and ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to replenish and maintain merchandise for seamless operations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including transaction support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory procedures.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
