Store Support - Valley Fair

As a Store Support employee at SKIMS Valley Fair, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service at the point of sale. Your passion for fashion and positive energy will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a quick, easy, and fun service environment by understanding customer needs and sharing your fashion expertise.
• Contribute to keeping the department "runway ready" by straightening, cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed about key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Support other areas of the store, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
