Strategy Associate

As a Strategy Associate at David Yurman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of growth strategies and strategic initiatives across the company. This position is part of the Corporate Strategy function, responsible for setting the strategic direction and enabling business leaders through data-backed insights and strategic guidance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to scope, evaluate, develop, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Translate business problems into structured analytical frameworks and develop models and scenarios to evaluate solutions.
• Analyze and synthesize data to craft storylines and articulate findings and insights to executive leaders and the board.
• Conduct research on industry and competitor trends and synthesize key takeaways and implications for executives.
• Build strong working relationships across all levels and disciplines to drive progress through influence.

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to build and interpret financial and operational models; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Very strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find structure and logic to provide meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing, through structured and clear recommendations.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
