Studio Assistant Leader

As a Studio Assistant Leader at RH Interior Design in Palm Desert, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering the development of our design and trade business. • Lead showroom operations to ensure a seamless client experience aligned with RH's brand standards.
• Partner with the Studio Leader to drive business growth and enhance client engagement strategies.
• Contribute to the expansion of the design project pipeline through high-quality lead generation.
• Cultivate an understanding of the local luxury market to support business growth.
• Deliver exceptional service through personalized consultations and product knowledge.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by hosting events and fostering community relationships.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a design firm, high-end furniture, or luxury retail environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for developing trade and design client business.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within the interior design and trade community.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and partners.
• Commitment to high-quality service and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to an evolving role and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Applications.
• Knowledge of interpreting floor plans in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
