Job Description

Summary

The Design Studio Coordinator supports daily studio operations, coordinating between design, product development, and vendors. Responsibilities include maintaining organized systems, preparing for fittings and shows, managing studio resources, processing orders and invoices, and supporting interns and category teams in a fast paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain design boards, linesheets, SKU counts, and collection decks.
  • Prepare showroom and fitting areas and support styling sessions and show packing.
  • Generate style numbers and update information in GCS and related systems.
  • Process invoices in SAP and create purchase orders in MyPO and GCS.
  • Manage petty cash, company card expenses, and T&E submissions.
  • Handle vendor communications, shipments, and studio supply orders.
  • Support interns with scheduling, tasks, and attendance tracking.
  • Attend fittings and update tech packs, sketches, and fit documentation.
  • Coordinate knitwear and accessories tasks including yarn tracking and vendor liaison.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience with a luxury fashion brand or business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design Business or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with SAP MyPO GCS T&E portal and Iris a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics and the design process preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with accuracy in records linesheets and tech packs.
  • Flexible resilient multitasker with a proactive problem solving mindset.
