Studio Project Leader

Summary

Lead key phases of interior design projects for a stand-alone residential design studio, delivering luxury client experiences and overseeing project lifecycle from consultation through installation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and trades to ensure timelines and quality standards are met while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury client experience throughout the design process
• Manage project phases including consultations, site assessments, design development, and installations
• Oversee coordination with outsourced vendors, artisans, and local showrooms
• Create and maintain project and design documentation for trades and construction teams
• Navigate scope changes with proper documentation and approvals
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales to align resources and timelines
• Ensure project schedules and timelines are met
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience in interior design or architecture
• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
• Strategic, relationship-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Local domestic travel up to 25%
• Able to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs
