Studio Project Leader

Summary

The Studio Project Leader leads key phases of interior design projects from initial consultation through installation. This role delivers a luxury client experience while coordinating design teams, vendor partners, and project stakeholders. The position requires project management experience in interior design or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultations, site assessments, design development, renderings, presentations, order placement, and installations.
• Lead communication and delivery with vendor partners, artisans, and local showrooms.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage scope changes, approvals, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and cross-functional teams to align resources and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress reports and project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in interior design or architecture, overseeing projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications; Salesforce familiarity is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% and ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Strong strategic focus and relationship-building skills, with commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
