Studio Project Leader

Summary

The Studio Project Leader guides key phases of residential interior design projects, from client consultations through installation. This role provides a luxury client experience while coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on schedule and in line with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultations, site assessments, design development, renderings, presentations, order placement, and installations.
• Lead communication with vendors, artisans, local showrooms, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and manage scope changes, approvals, schedules, and status updates.
• Partner with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align resources and timelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in interior design or architecture, overseeing projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications; Salesforce familiarity is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and domestically up to 25% and lift or mobilize items weighing up to 25 pounds.
