- Collate customer data in accordance with CRM procedures and cultivate future connections.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and adhere to service policies.
- Perform onsite audits of store inventories and develop product knowledge.
- Communicate customer and store information within the team.
- Support new staff orientation as a learning coach if assigned.
- Measure performance using customer service and sales KPIs.
- Adhere to store operations and attendance policies.
