Style Advisor - Carrefour Laval

Summary

Provide personalized sales and styling services to build and maintain a clientele at the Carrefour Laval store. Deliver exceptional service while promoting luxury menswear and driving sales through appointments, follow-up, and add-on recommendations. Fluency in Mandarin is an asset for this role.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a clientele through personal sales and holistic in-store selling.
• Prepare for client appointments by strategizing merchandise to present and creating opportunities for add-on sales.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of the Club Harry loyalty program and maintain follow-up for alterations, fittings, and dedicated appointments.
• Participate in merchandising activities and daily store maintenance.
• Use company resources to prospect, drive new business, and support existing customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail clothing/footwear experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience across menswear departments (sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored and made-to-measure) preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences both in-store and online.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and willingness to participate in training; interest in retail technology.
• Fluency in Mandarin considered an asset.
