Style Advisor - Coral Gables

As a Style Advisor at Nordstrom in Coral Gables, you will engage with customers through digital tools and create styling content for Nordstrom.com. This hybrid role requires a passion for fashion and service, as well as expertise in styling to serve our customers both in-store and digitally.

• Respond to customer stylist chat inquiries.
• Assist customers in learning about Nordstrom products and styling them.
• Create personalized looks using the Request a Look feature.
• Curate styling content to inspire customers on Nordstrom.com.
• Stay updated with fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for customers.
• Achieve and maintain digital styling performance measures.
• Film Salesperson Videos in-store to share product features.

• Experience in sales with confidence in selling all price points and Nordstrom products.
• Preferred experience with digital selling tools.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in navigating various tools and technology.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Schedule flexibility, including evening and weekend shifts.
