Style Advisor

Summary

Seeking experienced Style Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales in a luxury menswear retail environment at Vaughan Mills. The role focuses on personal sales, relationship building, and representing premium brands while supporting store merchandising and clienteling activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in personal sales and holistic selling to build repeat clientele
• Prepare for appointments and strategize merchandise presentation
• Follow up with existing clients on alterations fittings and dedicated appointments
• Educate clients on the Sartoria Loyalty program
• Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance
• Utilize provided resources to drive new business and add-on sales
• Support a team-oriented retail environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment
• Experience across menswear departments such as sportswear footwear accessories outerwear and tailored clothing preferred
• Passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences in-store and online
• Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply learned skills
• Demonstrated interest in technology to support customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
