Style Advisor - Heartland Town Centre

Summary

Join the store team at Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga as a Style Advisor. This full-time role focuses on personal sales and holistic in-store selling for luxury menswear, building client relationships and repeat business. You will support merchandising, customer appointments, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales through relationship-building and holistic selling to create repeat clientele.
• Prepare for and conduct client appointments, fittings, alterations, and dedicated consultations to maximize add-on sales.
• Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance to present merchandise effectively.
• Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program and follow up to generate new and repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury menswear environment.
• Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and ability to drive repeat business both in-store and online.
• Willingness to participate in training programs and use technology to support the customer service function.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
