Style Advisor - Les Cours Mont Royal

Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales services on the sales floor, building and maintaining a loyal clientele through exceptional customer experiences. Support store merchandising and client relationship activities to drive repeat business and add-on sales. Work collaboratively with the store team to meet individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal sales and holistic in-store selling, building relationships and repeat clientele.
• Prepare for client appointments by selecting and presenting appropriate merchandise to create add-on opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up with existing clients on needs such as fittings, alterations, and dedicated appointments.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of the store loyalty program.
• Participate in merchandising activities and general store maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail clothing or footwear sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience or familiarity with departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for menswear, fashion, and creating exceptional customer service experiences to drive repeat business.
• Willingness to participate in training programs and to use technology to support retail customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
