Summary

Provide personalized luxury client experiences through expert styling, product knowledge, and relationship building to meet and exceed sales targets. Represent the brand with enthusiasm and deliver memorable moments while supporting omni-channel initiatives and boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Deliver personalized styling and client experiences using brand selling ceremony
• Develop and deepen client relationships through outreach and follow up
• Capture and maintain accurate customer data and discovery insights
• Recommend merchandise across channels and drive business for seasonal product
• Support store operations including visual merchandising and inventory control
• Respond to client feedback and take actions to improve NPS
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales, retail, hospitality or cross industry experience
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and service orientation
• Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Proficiency in product knowledge across categories
• College level education preferred
