Style Advisor - Miami

As a Style Advisor at Nordstrom in Miami, you will engage with customers through digital platforms, providing personalized styling advice and creating engaging content for Nordstrom.com. This hybrid role requires a passion for fashion and the ability to work both remotely and in the Tampa office at least one day per week.

• Respond to customer stylist chat inquiries and provide expert styling advice.
• Assist customers in learning about Nordstrom products and styling them effectively.
• Create personalized looks using the Request a Look feature.
• Curate styling content to inspire customers on Nordstrom.com.
• Maintain and achieve digital styling performance measures.
• Participate in filming Salesperson Videos in-store to highlight product features.

• Experience in sales with confidence in selling across all price points and Nordstrom products.
• Preferred experience with digital selling tools.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using various digital tools and technology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with a 40-hour work week.
