Style Advisor

As a Style Advisor, you will connect with customers through digital tools and create styling content for Nordstrom.com. This role requires a passion for service and fashion, along with styling expertise to serve customers digitally.

• Respond to customer stylist chat inquiries.
• Help customers learn about Nordstrom products and styling.
• Create personalized looks using the Request a Look feature.
• Curate styling content to inspire customers on Nordstrom.com.
• Seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for customers.
• Achieve and maintain digital styling performance measures.
• Film Salesperson Videos in store to share product features.

• Experience in sales required; confident in selling all price points and Nordstrom products.
• Experience with digital selling tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficient in navigating various forms of tools and technology.
• Ability to drive execution and completion of deliverables on time.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills.
