Summary
The Style Advisor provides personalized client experiences at the North Park Mall boutique, builds strong client relationships, and drives sales through exceptional product knowledge and brand representation. This role supports omni-channel recommendations, delivers memorable styling moments, and contributes to store performance and client loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels
- Develop and deepen client relationships through personalized communication and outreach
- Capture and maintain customer data through client discovery
- Deliver exceptional in-store hospitality and personalized guest experiences
- Support visual merchandising operations after care and inventory control
- Embody the brand and execute the Givenchy selling ceremony in customer interactions
- Act on client feedback and NPS performance to improve service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales retail hospitality or cross-industry experience
- Proven history of driving sales and results
- Strong verbal written and listening communication skills
- Excellent time management and service orientation
- Ability to anticipate client desires and provide personalized solutions
- Knowledge of current market trends and product categories
- Capacity to cultivate client loyalty through proactive outreach
- College level education preferred
