Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Deliver personalized client experiences using in-store and omni-channel recommendations
- Maintain up to date brand and product knowledge across categories
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships through calls, emails, and handwritten notes
- Capture customer data through client discovery to personalize service
- Support store operations including visual merchandising inventory and after care
- Act as a styling visionary for seasonal product and key business essentials
- Respond to client feedback and take proactive actions to improve NPS
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years sales retail hospitality or cross-industry experience
- Proven history of driving sales and achieving results
- Exceptional communication skills written speaking and listening
- Strong time management and service oriented mindset
- Ability to anticipate client desires and deliver memorable experiences
- Comfort using omni-channel tools to recommend merchandise
- College level education preferred
