Style Advisor - Sherway Gardens

Summary

Full-time Style Advisor based at Sherway Gardens responsible for delivering a high-touch, luxury menswear shopping experience and building a loyal clientele. The role focuses on personal sales, holistic in-store selling and follow-up to drive repeat business and meet individual and team targets. Reporting to the Store Leader, the Style Advisor prepares for appointments and uses digital tools to support customer service and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a personal clientele through relationship-driven selling and follow-up.
• Deliver personal sales and holistic selling across sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear and tailored clothing.
• Prepare for client appointments by selecting merchandise and creating opportunities for add-on sales.
• Educate clients on the loyalty program and promote Club Harry benefits.
• Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance and maintaining presentation standards.
• Use company tools and technology to drive new business measures, book fittings and coordinate alterations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience in clothing or footwear, luxury retail preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in menswear, fashion and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to create repeat business and build long-term client relationships.
• Comfort using technology and retail systems to support client engagement and sales.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in ongoing training initiatives.
• Experience across multiple retail departments (sportswear, footwear, accessories, tailored/made-to-measure) is an asset.
