Style Advisor - SoHo

Summary

As a Style Advisor based in the SoHo store, you will deliver personalized styling and sales by educating customers on fit, construction, and product. You will participate in a structured training program and work toward individual and store sales goals while building long-term client relationships. The role requires strong communication, a passion for fashion, and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product and selling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships and increase loyalty through the brand's client program
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or customer service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
