Summary

The Style Advisor provides personalized styling and sales service on the retail floor, helping customers select fit, construction, and style while building lasting relationships. This role supports a high-traffic store opening at Southpark Mall and participates in a multi-layered training program to develop product and styling expertise. The advisor practices professional sales techniques to achieve individual and store metrics and ensures store standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Complete company training to develop product knowledge and styling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products
• Drive sales and meet personal and store performance metrics through professional salesmanship
• Build client relationships and loyalty through personalized service programs
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation and adhere to visual guidelines
• Ensure store operations meet company standards and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong personal style
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
