The Style Advisor is a customer-facing retail role focused on presenting and educating customers on fit, construction, and style. The position requires building personalized client relationships, participating in a multi-layered training program, and supporting store sales goals and standards. Advisors represent the brand through clear, confident styling advice and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships and loyalty through the brands personalized program
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations; perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
