Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor you bring contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong personal sense of style to guide customers. You educate clients on fit, construction, and styling of ready-to-wear and custom-made products while building relationships to grow loyalty and drive sales. You collaborate with store leadership to maintain standards and deliver a personalized customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and selling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• Execute professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty through personalized service
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed following visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
