Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales service to clients, building relationships and promoting brand products through expert knowledge of fit, construction, and style. Participate in training to develop expertise and contribute to store sales and standards while maintaining professional communication and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Present and educate customers on ready to wear and custom made products
• Achieve personal and store sales metrics through professional salesmanship
• Build client loyalty through personalized service programs
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Participate in multi layer training to develop product and selling skills
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and abroad
