Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor you build customer relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and clear communication. You will complete a multi-layered training program and work to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining visual merchandising and store standards. The role requires an energetic, customer-focused approach and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through personalized service
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and store operations meet company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
